Public Programs & Events

Imagination Station
Saturday mornings starting September 14 – 10:30 to 11:30am

Visit ‘ClaringTOWN’ at the Sarah Jane Williams Heritage Centre for story time and themed crafts. FREE drop-in family/kids program!

Running from Saturday, September 14 to Saturday, December 21 (but don’t worry, Imagination Station will be back again in January).

Annual Edwardian Christmas Open House
December 6 – 7:00 to 9:00pm

Following the Tree Lighting Ceremony in downtown Bowmanville, the Sarah Jane Williams Heritage Centre and Waverley Place will be open to celebrate the holiday season!
Enjoy live music, crafts, activities, refreshments, and complimentary tours.
FREE family fun for all!

Natural Wreath Making Workshop
December 14 – 1:00 to 3:00pm

Join us at the Sarah Jane Williams Heritage Centre and learn how to create your own beautiful & natural foliage wreath. No experience necessary!

$30+tax Advance Registration is required. 15% Discount for Museum Members.
